Is it required to register before ordering a product?

No, you can shop in our store as a guest user. However, if you like our products (and you probably will), it is recommended to create an account and save some details for future using.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Our store accepts multiple payment methods, including PayPal, Bank Transfer or payment on delivery. However, we recommend PayPal, as it is the fastest way to proceed the payment.

Why don't you ship to my country?

It’s probably due to law restrictions, or we didn’t finish the negotiations with the country’s authorities. We are constantly expanding the number of countries we are shipping to, so if you can’t see yours, please check back later, or contact us via email for further details.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It depends on the geographical distance and also the processing speed of the delivery carrier so it can last from a couple of days until 2-3 weeks. The cheaper carriers (like local Post companies) are usually slower than the worldwide-known delivery services (like DHL, UPS or FedEX).
